3. Intellectual Property and Content

The content, text, diagrams, and structure provided by LevelUp Interview are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display this material without explicit written permission. Sharing premium account access is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Company Affiliations

LevelUp Interview is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the companies mentioned on our platform (e.g., Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc.). All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

All "1-Year" subscriptions provide access to the platform for one chronological year from the date of purchase. We offer a 24-hour refund policy: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase.

6. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and associated data at any time via your Profile page.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall LevelUp Interview or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service.
